Parents' Association Annual General Meeting

Moville Community College

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I am writing to you today to invite you to a meeting in the school to reform the Parents’ Association for Moville Community College.

A Parents’ Association is a group of parents and guardians who come together to support the school and its students. Parents associations play an important role in the success of schools and the education of all our students. They provide a forum for parents to share ideas and concerns, support school programs and activities, and advocate for the school and its students.

We believe that the schools Parents’ Association is a valuable asset to our school community and as always, we are very keen to get new members to help us with our growing school.

I encourage you to attend the upcoming meeting to learn more about how you can get involved. It is a great way to support your child's education and make a difference in your school community.

The meeting will be held on Monday 16th October at 7.30pm in room 101 in the upper school building.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you are unable to attend the meeting on the 16th October, but are interested in being involved in the Parents’ Association, please send us an email on moville@donegaletb.ie

Yours Sincerely,

Caroline Doherty.

Principal
